About

Everyone is Doing Great is a comedy pilot exploring a day in the life of two friends and former co-stars of a hit teen vampire drama titled Eternal. Five years after the impressive run of their show, which garnered them fame and notoriety, Seth Stewart and Jeremy Davis find themselves on the wrong side of 30, woefully unemployed and romantically conflicted. Too young to retire, too old to be relevant to the audience they once captured, the two actors deal with their identical professional situations in very different ways. While Seth fights the tide of obscurity by continuing to hone his craft and stay the course, Jeremy submits to it, choosing to live comfortably off of his successful actor wife, Andrea Cooper-Davis, who also starred alongside Seth and Jeremy in Eternal. As we follow Seth throughout the course of a big audition day, we watch as his career insecurities project onto his personal experience, creating an atmosphere of humorous tension and awkwardness. Meanwhile, Jeremy’s own insecurities with his role of house-husband create a toxic apathy as he flirts with the idea of infidelity, which is more easily accessible than ever through social media. The two friends converge in the evening to party alone with each other, attempting to distract themselves from their frustrations. Their party of two becomes a party of four when girls arrive that Jeremy has contacted through Instagram. The night ahead proves to be consequential in more ways than one.
