GENERAL

  • Full-Time Role Festival set-up through clean-up
  • Denver-based position
  • Festival experience preferred

  • Ability to work autonomously and follow through on tasks as requested by Operations Manager

DUTIES & TASKS
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to  the following:

  • Work cooperatively with all appropriate departments including, but not limited to Tech, Operations, Ticketing, Lounges, Special Events, Programming, etc. to ensure that the lines of communication are open, needs are clear, and a plan is in place to execute
  • Move all festival equipment and supplies to and between venues
  • Support tech team as needed to set-up, maintain, and tear down front of house equipment in all venues
  • Work with Operations Manager to further dissect and anticipate the needs of the festival.
  • Work with venues and act in a manner that protects SeriesFest long term relationships. Act as on site touch point
  • Handle the hanging of signage and set-up/tear down of all step and repeats
  • Manage and support volunteers as needed
  • Ensure that our high festival standards and expectations are met in advance, during and after the festival
  • Like all SeriesFest staffers, work in support of individuals, departments and the overall organization in the pursuit of success

Dates & Pay

  • Role begins approximately April 29 – May 11
  • $18 per hour
