In the comedy series Más Latina, we follow the misunderstood “elder” millennial Gabriela Sofía Maria de Martinez as she goes from a plain ol’ nobody with a dream to a nobody with an A-team! She is awkward, lanky, and much too thin to be a real Latina, AND she aspires to perform stand-up comedy, which is definitely not a Latina thing. IS SHE EVEN LATINA!? She still lives with her madre, and hasn’t been exactly honest with the Martinez clan about her unladylike hobby. Once her family is in on the chisme, aka Gabi’s passion for stand-up, it’s full steam ahead as her sometimes ignorant, sometimes brilliant, sometimes educated, sometimes racist, sometimes open-minded, sometimes cold as ice, sometimes loving, nearest and dearest join her on the road to gloria!
