Fiscal Sponsorship Project
Series Synopsis
A cool job can be hard to find for anyone, but especially for disabled adults. Enter Brewability: a brewery, restaurant, and music venue in Colorado, where employees with disabilities run the show. From taking orders and hosting events, to making pizzas and brewing beer, Brewability’s staff prove that disability isn’t inability – especially when it comes to serving up a good time.
This unscripted series follows the staff of Brewability and its pioneering owner Tiffany, as they navigate life’s challenges both at work and at home, and together show the world what’s possible when we start inviting each other to the table.
Each episode braids several stories together; each story shows how a member of the Brew Crew came to be where they are today, what they are grappling with now, and where they might be in the future.
Live musical and dance performances will cap off each new episode, with guest celebrity performers bringing us home. You’ll see what happens when a fresh idea unleashes a movement and you’ll jump up from your TV and join the dancing.
