Projects demonstrating a thoughtful and deliberate approach to using storytelling as a means of leveling the playing field for marginalized communities, including but not limited to women, people of color, Indigenous, AAPI, Latinx, LGBTQIA+, and disabled artists, may be eligible. Application
Each fund has its own set of criteria. SeriesFest evaluates applicants based on answers provided during the regular application process alongside the criteria provided by our partners. From there, our partners are engaged in the selection process and typically meet with finalists during the festival before deciding on the recipient(s).
Recipients are announced at the Awards Ceremony at SeriesFest.
