One of the struggles faced by creators is the feeling of isolation and disconnect from their audience, collaborators, and creative community. SeriesFest aims to change that with Pilot in Progress – an initiative where creators can securely screen a rough cut of their pilot for constructive feedback from fellow creators and industry to help fine-tune and finalize their project. Selected creators will work with the SeriesFest team to construct a personalized post-screening feedback questionnaire. Viewers will complete an audience questionnaire for the creator to review and, at their discretion, incorporate into a final edit or future episodes. Additionally, official selections for Pilots in Progress will also have the opportunity to be featured on a curated page on Seed&Spark designed to support and promote crowdfunding goals associated with the completion of the project.
