About the Honorees
Rhea Seehorn
Rhea Seehorn is best known for her role as ‘Kim Wexler’ in AMC’s Emmy nominated series “Better Call Saul.” Seehorn’s portrayal of Kim has deemed the character as one of the current most powerful women on TV and earned her two Primetime Emmy nominations for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series and three Critics; Choice Award nominations for Best Supporting Actress in a Drama Series. Seehorn also earned herself an Emmy nomination for her role in AMC’s Short Form Comedy “Cooper’s Bar” in which she is also a producer.
Seehorn was most recently seen in the latest installment of the Bad Boys franchise, Bad Boys: Ride or Die. Next up, Seehorn will lead the untitled Vince Gilligan Apple TV+ series. Seehorn can be seen in HBO’s series “Veep,” Hulu’s miniseries “The Act,” and the CBS All Access series
“The Twilight Zone.” Other television credits include; ABC’s “I’m With Her,” FOX’s “Head Cases,” NBC’s “Whitney,” TNT’s “Franklin & Bash,” “Trust Me,” “Dollhouse,” “Burn Notice,” “The Closer,” “Starter Wife,” and “House of Lies.” Seehorn’s film credits include Linoleum, Inside Man: Most Wanted, I Hate Kids, and The Shaggy Dog and Netflix’s Things Heard and Seen. Seehorn also has a significant theatre background with 10 years of experience in Washington D.C and 3 years in New York.
