Fiscal Sponsorship Project
Series Synopsis
A homeowner makes a powerful choice—to build a better life and a smarter future. They purchase a home sight unseen, not out of risk, but out of purpose: to create a space that reflects the values of comfort, wellness, and efficiency. Guided by a team of world-class experts in design, DIY, wellness, food, tech, and sustainability, their journey becomes a roadmap for what modern living can look like when we design with intention—for ourselves, our families, and our communities.
Each season follows a new homeowner embracing that same vision: transforming a run-down property into a beautiful, functional, and future-ready home. Together with the Reno Recharge team, they reimagine what’s possible through smart technology, reclaimed materials, healthy design, and creative problem-solving. The season culminates in a defining decision—whether to make this new house their home and step fully into the lifestyle they’ve created.
But Reno Recharge is more than a renovation series—it’s a lifestyle movement built around real transformation. Anchored by the flagship show, the Reno Recharge YouTube channel serves as a destination for the next generation of homeowners seeking inspiration and practical advice. Through short-form stories and tutorials, viewers learn how to make meaningful upgrades that save time, money, and energy—without sacrificing style or comfort.
By blending cinematic storytelling with measurable results—cost savings, efficiency gains, and healthier home environments—Reno Recharge proves that the future of home isn’t about more, it’s about better.

Director Statement
Having begun my film & television career as an electrician and worked my way up to an executive on hit shows such as Netflix’s LOVE IS BLIND, THE ULTIMATUM, and FOX’s FARMER WANTS A WIFE, I’ve participated in the radical transformation of how content is produced and consumed. The fact remains, content is king, but story still rules content.
Therein lies a gap.
Within the home renovation genre, we have aspirational luxury design on one hand and more accessible cookie-cutter formats on the other, both of which inadequately address the real-world challenges of affordability and sustainability facing a new generation of homebuyers.
Reno Recharge is specifically designed to fill that void as a leader in a creative space that has seen DIY creators dominate traditional networks like HGTV.
We believe premium, cinematic storytelling can be merged with pragmatic DIY content to create life-changing entertainment. It’s an answer to the cynical belief that beautiful, healthy, eco-conscious homes are a privilege reserved for the select few.
Our mission is to build more than a show; we’re building a content-based ecosystem that serves as a trusted resource for a global community of prospective homebuyers and owners.
By launching on YouTube, we are intentionally meeting our audience where they are.
We will demystify the process, empower viewers with knowledge, and prove that a better, healthier way of life is both possible and attainable. This project is the culmination of our personal experience, driven by a passion to create content that entertains, inspires, and contributes to a better future.
