Mark Duplass is an award-winning actor, filmmaker and producer. As an actor, Mark has appeared in a wide range of film and television projects including the Apple+ series THE MORNING SHOW for which he received a 2020 Emmy nomination and a 2022 Golden Globe nomination for Best Supporting Actor. Mark was also one of the stars of the acclaimed HBO show TOGETHERNESS, a series he co-created with his brother Jay. Under their banner Duplass Brothers Productions (DBP), Mark Duplass, Jay Duplass and Mel Eslyn create original projects for film, television, and digital media.

As he approaches sixty, the time has come for Pierre Leprieur to take stock of his life. What did he accomplish and what did he mess up during his life? He was formerly an influential trade unionist on the docks at Le Havre. The passing years saw his relationship with his wife and his now-adult children subside. One evening, with his whole family gathered together to celebrate his birthday, the party is ruined. His sons, Jean and Simon, find themselves accused of mass drug trafficking. Whilst their sister, Emma, a criminal lawyer, tries to get them out of this difficult situation, Pierre, who is convinced that he is being targeted, does his utmost to help them. Yet he knows that if he roots around too much, he could end up unearthing truths best left untold.
Astrid appeared in short films by Stefan Liberski and Bouli Lanners, Lionel Jadot and Benoît Mariage. After Vincent Lannoo's Little Glory, it was Lannoo who offered her the lead role of Elisabeth in Au nom du fils (presented at the FIFF in 2012), which earned her a nomination for the Magritte for Best Actress in 2014. Since then, she has been filming under the direction of Costa-Gavras, Claude Lelouch, Benoît Mariage, Jalil Lespert and Xavier Giannoli. For 3 seasons she was Veronique Bosso in the prestige Canal Plus series Baron Noir created by Ziad Doueiri.
